Chronic Yeast Infections In Women

Chronic Yeast Infections In Women

By: Stephania Plues

Recurrent yeast infections are only a concern until they are treated from the real cause of the problem. While you keep on using the same anti fungal drugs all you're going to do is make your infections worse, and make them drug resistant. You're going to be attempting to cure your infections for a very long time if you do the same things every day. The problem is not the fungus that is making you itch. You have Candida yeast in your body that is mutating into fungus, and that is what you need to address first before you can cure your recurrent yeast infections.

Why is the Candida mutating

You've had the Candida yeast in your body nearly all your life, and your natural defenses have been keeping it under control. We all get the Candida yeast in our body from a very early age. The Candida will grow in numbers and begin to mutate into an infection causing fungus when your natural defenses are compromised. It's the fungus that causes the itching and burning because it feeds on the skin cells.

The Candida is continuously getting exposure to the anti fungal drugs every time you attempt to cure your infection. That means when the Candida mutates after the exposure it will produce a more aggressive fungus that is more resistant to the drug. And every time you use the drugs the fungus gets more aggressive instead of being eliminated from your body. It won't take that long for the fungus to be completely resistant to the anti fungal drugs you use, and then you're going to have trouble curing your infections.

What you must do to cure your chronic yeast infections

To cure your recurrent yeast infections you need to treat your infections from the root cause. You also need to stop the Candida from mutating by strengthening your body's natural defenses so it keeps the Candida under control again.

You have two options for doing this and they are the easy way or the difficult way. If you choose to attempt this task on your own then that would be the difficult way. That could take months with lots of guess work and trial and error. You could be killing the fungus, but you could still be doing things that encourage the Candida to mutate, and also encourage the fungus to breed in your body.

Getting help from a yeast infection expert is the easiest way to eliminate the fungus from your body. They know everything about fungus and how it breeds in your body. You need to learn what causes the Candida to mutate, and also what the fungus feeds on so you can cleanse your body in the shortest amount of time
